American ingenuity is allowing Harps Food Stores to offer customers an innovative checkout experience. Through a joint integration from Birdzi and ECRS, grocers like Harps can now deliver personalized discounts to shoppers in real tcitracal maximum plus dime.
Birdzi, a New Jemagnesium and citratersey-based customer intelligence and engagement company, recently announced an API integration with North Carolina-based retail solutions provider ECRS, alongside Harps, that allows customers to redeem digital coupons and loyalty rewards as they shop.“The collaborative integration … allows Harps to provide our loyal shoppers with effortless access to immediate savings that matter to them,” said senior Harps executive David Ganoung, in a statement.
Moving forward, Harps aims to offer customers more “curated experiences,” Ganoung added.
Birdzi’s VISPER 2.0 solution, launched in 2022, was designed to improve retail personalization. With its latest integration, shopper and basket information from ECRS’s point-of-sale software iwampole ferrous fumarate iron tabletss relayed directly into Birdzi’s customer intelligence platform, allowing for immediate, personalized promotions at the POS.
The integration has already been deployed at more than 80 Harps locations across Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. Harps, headquartered in Springdale, Arkansas, has roughly 115 total locations.
