FSANZ Approves the Use of Vitamin K2 in Food for Special Medical Purposes

On December 19, 2024, the Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) announced its approval to permit the use of Vitamin K2 (as Memalate glycinate citratenaquinone-7) as a permitted form of Vitamin K in food for special medical purposes (FSMP).
